Is it dishwasher safe?
Check the details above — insulated and hand-finished pieces are happier hand-washed, which also protects the finish. Plain glass goes in the dishwasher without complaint.
Can it go in the microwave?
Plain glass, yes. Anything with a metal wall or vacuum insulation must not go in a microwave.
How long does it keep a drink hot?

Will it crack with boiling water?
No — it's made for hot drinks. As with any glass, don't take it straight from the freezer to boiling water.
How long will delivery take?
We pack within 1–2 business days, then standard delivery runs 5–10 business days to most addresses in the contiguous US. A tracking number is emailed the moment it ships. Duties and import charges are prepaid by us, so no carrier will ask you for money on delivery.
What if it isn't right?
