My cat ignores new beds. Any tricks?
Put it where they already sleep rather than where you’d like them to, and leave a worn t-shirt or a favourite toy in it for a few days. Familiar smell does most of the work.
Will it slip on hard floors?
The base grips better on rugs and carpet than on polished wood. On a slippery floor, sitting it on a small mat solves it.
How long will delivery take?
We pack within 1–2 business days, then standard delivery runs 5–10 business days to most addresses in the contiguous US. A tracking number is emailed the moment it ships. Duties and import charges are prepaid by us, so no carrier will ask you for money on delivery.
What if it isn’t right?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused in its original packaging. Return postage is yours on a change of mind. If it turns up faulty, damaged or simply not what you ordered, send us a photo and we’ll replace or refund it — return postage on us.
