How does it refill itself?
Gravity. Fill the reservoir, seat it on the base, and the bowl tops itself up as your pet drinks until the reservoir empties.
How often should I clean it?
Rinse the bowl daily and give the whole thing a proper wash with warm soapy water every few days. Standing water builds a film faster than most people expect.
Does it need electricity?
No. There's no pump, no filter and nothing to plug in.
Is it suitable for cats and dogs?
Both. Cats tend to prefer the wider, shallower bowl position; larger dogs empty the reservoir faster, so expect to refill more often.
How long will delivery take?
We pack within 1–2 business days, then standard delivery runs 5–10 business days to most addresses in the contiguous US. A tracking number is emailed the moment it ships. Duties and import charges are prepaid by us, so no carrier will ask you for money on delivery.
What if it isn't right?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused in its original packaging. Return postage is yours on a change of mind. If it turns up faulty, damaged or simply not what you ordered, send us a photo and we'll replace or refund it — return postage on us.
