Are they oven, microwave and dishwasher safe?
The glass bodies handle the oven, microwave and dishwasher. Take the lids off first — lids and seals are dishwasher safe on the top rack only.
Are the lids properly airtight?
Yes, with a silicone gasket and clip closure. Make sure the seal is seated and dry before clipping down, or it'll leak.
Can they go in the freezer?
Yes. Leave headroom for the food to expand, and let a frozen container come up to room temperature before it goes into a hot oven.
Will they stain from tomato or curry?
Glass doesn't stain the way plastic does. The silicone seals can pick up colour over time — a soak in warm soapy water lifts most of it.
How long will delivery take?
We pack within 1–2 business days, then standard delivery runs 5–10 business days to most addresses in the contiguous US. A tracking number is emailed the moment it ships. Duties and import charges are prepaid by us, so no carrier will ask you for money on delivery.
What if it isn't right?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused in its original packaging. Return postage is yours on a change of mind. If it turns up faulty, damaged or simply not what you ordered, send us a photo and we'll replace or refund it — return postage on us.
