How long does one last?

Is it safe on delicate surfaces?
Test an out-of-sight patch first — that’s true of any cleaning product on any fabric or finish. On normal household surfaces it’s fine.
How do I clean the tool itself?
Rinse or shake it out after use and let it dry fully before it goes back in the cupboard. Damp storage is what ruins these things.
Does it need batteries or power?
Only if the product details above say so. Most of the range is entirely manual.
How long will delivery take?
We pack within 1–2 business days, then standard delivery runs 5–10 business days to most addresses in the contiguous US. A tracking number is emailed the moment it ships. Duties and import charges are prepaid by us, so no carrier will ask you for money on delivery.
What if it isn’t right?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused in its original packaging. Return postage is yours on a change of mind. If it turns up faulty, damaged or simply not what you ordered, send us a photo and we’ll replace or refund it — return postage on us.
