Do I need an electrician?
For a permanent wired installation, yes — it's wired into a circuit and vented outside. It's a small job for a professional, but not a plug-in product.
How much noise does it make?
Noticeable while cooking, and no louder than a typical extractor. It's a working fan, not a silent one.
How do I keep it clean?
Wipe the cover and blades every few weeks. Kitchen grease builds up quickly and is far easier to remove before it hardens.
Will it clear steam and smells?
Yes, if it's mounted close to the hob and vented outside. Mounted too far away, any extractor struggles.
How long will delivery take?
We pack within 1–2 business days, then standard delivery runs 5–10 business days to most addresses in the contiguous US. A tracking number is emailed the moment it ships. Duties and import charges are prepaid by us, so no carrier will ask you for money on delivery.
What if it isn't right?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused in its original packaging. Return postage is yours on a change of mind. If it turns up faulty, damaged or simply not what you ordered, send us a photo and we'll replace or refund it — return postage on us.
