What age is it for?

Is it safe for a toddler?
It’s finished without sharp edges and made to be handled and chewed. Anything with small parts should be used with supervision.
How do I clean it?
Wipe with a barely damp cloth and dry it straight away. Never soak wooden toys or put them in a dishwasher — the wood swells and splits.
Does it need batteries?
No. It’s entirely manual, which is a large part of why it holds attention longer than a toy that does the playing for them.
How long will delivery take?
We pack within 1–2 business days, then standard delivery runs 5–10 business days to most addresses in the contiguous US. A tracking number is emailed the moment it ships. Duties and import charges are prepaid by us, so no carrier will ask you for money on delivery.
What if it isn’t right?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused in its original packaging. Return postage is yours on a change of mind. If it turns up faulty, damaged or simply not what you ordered, send us a photo and we’ll replace or refund it — return postage on us.
