Can I wash it?
Yes. Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle and dry flat or tumble low. Skip fabric softener — it coats the fibres and flattens the pile over time.
Will it fit my sofa?
Sizes and the seat widths they’re cut for are listed at the top of this page. Measure your sofa across the back before choosing — a size up drapes better than a size down.
Does it stay put?
It’s cut to grip the frame, and tucking the excess down into the seat crease along the back keeps it from creeping. Expect to straighten it occasionally in a busy household.
Is it good with pets?
That’s most of the point — it takes the hair, the claws and the muddy paws instead of your upholstery, and goes in the wash afterwards.
How long will delivery take?
We pack within 1–2 business days, then standard delivery runs 5–10 business days to most addresses in the contiguous US. A tracking number is emailed the moment it ships. Duties and import charges are prepaid by us, so no carrier will ask you for money on delivery.
What if it isn’t right?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused in its original packaging. Return postage is yours on a change of mind. If it turns up faulty, damaged or simply not what you ordered, send us a photo and we’ll replace or refund it — return postage on us.
