How much water does it pull?
Enough for a bathroom, wardrobe, caravan or damp corner — not a whole flooded room. Capacity is listed in the details above.
How noisy is it?
Low enough to leave running in a bedroom overnight. It's a soft hum, not a compressor rattle.
Do I have to empty it?
Yes — the tank fills and needs tipping out. Most units switch themselves off when full rather than overflowing.
Will it help with condensation and mould?
It helps a lot in a confined damp space. It won't fix a leak or rising damp, though — those need the cause dealt with.
How long will delivery take?
We pack within 1–2 business days, then standard delivery runs 5–10 business days to most addresses in the contiguous US. A tracking number is emailed the moment it ships. Duties and import charges are prepaid by us, so no carrier will ask you for money on delivery.
What if it isn't right?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused in its original packaging. Return postage is yours on a change of mind. If it turns up faulty, damaged or simply not what you ordered, send us a photo and we'll replace or refund it — return postage on us.
