Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes. It’s built to be cleaned properly rather than babied, and it won’t warp or split the way a wooden board can.
Will it blunt my knives?
Use it as intended and it’s fine for everyday prep. Any hard surface dulls an edge faster than end-grain wood, so keep a steel handy.
Does it hold smells?
No. The surface is non-porous, so garlic, fish and onion wash straight off instead of soaking in.
Does it slip on the counter?
A damp cloth underneath solves it on any smooth worktop — the same trick chefs use with wooden boards.
How long will delivery take?
We pack within 1–2 business days, then standard delivery runs 5–10 business days to most addresses in the contiguous US. A tracking number is emailed the moment it ships. Duties and import charges are prepaid by us, so no carrier will ask you for money on delivery.
What if it isn’t right?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused in its original packaging. Return postage is yours on a change of mind. If it turns up faulty, damaged or simply not what you ordered, send us a photo and we’ll replace or refund it — return postage on us.
