Which sleeping position is it for?
The contour is shaped to fill the gap between shoulder and ear, so it suits side and back sleepers best. Front sleepers usually prefer something flatter.
How firm is it?
Medium-firm. Memory foam softens slightly with body heat over the first few minutes, so it feels firmer when you first lie down than it does once you’ve settled.
Is the cover washable?
The cover comes off and machine washes cool. Don’t wash the foam core itself — spot clean it and let it air fully.
There’s a smell when I unpack it.
That’s normal off-gassing from compressed foam. Unwrap it, leave it in a ventilated room for 24–48 hours and it disappears.
How long will delivery take?
We pack within 1–2 business days, then standard delivery runs 5–10 business days to most addresses in the contiguous US. A tracking number is emailed the moment it ships. Duties and import charges are prepaid by us, so no carrier will ask you for money on delivery.
What if it isn’t right?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused in its original packaging. Return postage is yours on a change of mind. If it turns up faulty, damaged or simply not what you ordered, send us a photo and we’ll replace or refund it — return postage on us.
