How noisy is it?
Quiet enough to sleep next to — a low hum rather than a fan. If it starts rattling, the tank usually just needs reseating.

Empty and rinse it weekly, and descale it every few weeks if you're in a hard water area. Skipping this is the single most common cause of white dust and a weak mist.
Can I use tap water?
You can, but distilled or filtered water gives a cleaner mist and far less limescale. In a hard water area it makes a noticeable difference.
How big a room does it cover?
It's sized for a bedroom, nursery or home office rather than an open-plan floor. For a large space you'd want two, or a larger unit.
How long will delivery take?
We pack within 1–2 business days, then standard delivery runs 5–10 business days to most addresses in the contiguous US. A tracking number is emailed the moment it ships. Duties and import charges are prepaid by us, so no carrier will ask you for money on delivery.
What if it isn't right?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused in its original packaging. Return postage is yours on a change of mind. If it turns up faulty, damaged or simply not what you ordered, send us a photo and we'll replace or refund it — return postage on us.
