Will it actually stop the sofa getting scratched?
Usually, if you put it where the scratching already happens. Cats scratch to stretch and mark, so it has to sit somewhere they already pass, not tucked away in another room.
Is it sturdy enough to lean on?
Yes. It is built to take a cat’s full weight and full stretch without collapsing or sliding. Set it on a flat surface rather than deep pile for the best stability.
How long does it last?
Months of daily use, depending on the cat. The surface is meant to be shredded — that’s it working, not it failing.
How do I clean it?
Vacuum the loose fibre off every few weeks and wipe any hard parts with a damp cloth. Don’t soak it.
How long will delivery take?
We pack within 1–2 business days, then standard delivery runs 5–10 business days to most addresses in the contiguous US. A tracking number is emailed the moment it ships. Duties and import charges are prepaid by us, so no carrier will ask you for money on delivery.
What if it isn’t right?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused in its original packaging. Return postage is yours on a change of mind. If it turns up faulty, damaged or simply not what you ordered, send us a photo and we’ll replace or refund it — return postage on us.
