Do I need any baking experience?
None. You add the ingredients, choose a program and press start — it mixes, proves and bakes without you.
How long does a loaf take?
Most standard programs run around three hours start to finish, with faster settings for a quicker loaf. The full program list is in the details above.
Can I make gluten-free bread?
Yes, with a gluten-free program and a recipe designed for it. Standard recipes won't work with gluten-free flour.
How do I clean it?
Let it cool, then lift the pan and paddle out and wash them by hand in warm soapy water. Wipe the interior — never submerge the machine.
How long will delivery take?
We pack within 1–2 business days, then standard delivery runs 5–10 business days to most addresses in the contiguous US. A tracking number is emailed the moment it ships. Duties and import charges are prepaid by us, so no carrier will ask you for money on delivery.
What if it isn't right?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused in its original packaging. Return postage is yours on a change of mind. If it turns up faulty, damaged or simply not what you ordered, send us a photo and we'll replace or refund it — return postage on us.
