Is it dimmable?

How hard is it to install?
Plug-in and rechargeable models need nothing at all. Hardwired fittings are a straightforward swap for anyone comfortable with basic wiring — if you’re not, half an hour of an electrician’s time covers it.
What plug does it come with?
The plug is matched to your delivery country wherever we can. If you’re ordering to an unusual region, message us before you buy and we’ll confirm.
How long will delivery take?
We pack within 1–2 business days, then standard delivery runs 5–10 business days to most addresses in the contiguous US. A tracking number is emailed the moment it ships. Duties and import charges are prepaid by us, so no carrier will ask you for money on delivery.
What if it isn’t right?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back unused in its original packaging. Return postage is yours on a change of mind. If it turns up faulty, damaged or simply not what you ordered, send us a photo and we’ll replace or refund it — return postage on us.
